This item is offered: This CD contains electronic files for all Family Violence Prevention Fund safety cards and for most of the FVPF healthcare posters.* Each safety card or poster is offered on the CD in 5 multi-lingual versions: English, Spanish, Russian, Vietnamese and Chinese. The CD includes Adobe Acrobat Reader (for both PCs and Macs) to enable PDF file viewing. The CD also includes original graphic files (formatted for Mac use only) which can be used to adapt safety cards and posters. As a PDF or online In hard copy for free On CDReprint: Once you receive the CD, you may choose to reprint or adapt any of the items. For adaptations (any changes/additions to the file), please see instructions below. Direct reprints (those involving NO changes to the files) may be conducted as needed and written permission is not required from the Family Violence Prevention Fund. Adaptation of posters and safety cards: If you choose to adapt the files, we offer the following recommendations and guidelines: 1) Consider adding your local domestic violence hotline phone number, or other relevant local community/facility domestic violence information to the poster or safety card. Blank space was included on the back side of each safety card and on every poster for this purpose. 2) You may add your logo and/or hospital/organization name to posters or safety cards. When adding your logo, its size may not exceed the current size of the Family Violence Prevention Fund's logo already intact. 3) The Family Violence Prevention Fund's logo may not be removed. However, the logo currently listed on the CD is outdated and we request you email health@endabuse.org to request the latest version; please specify the optimal file format you'd like to receive.
